The course is intended for the SCME Pressure Sensor Participants only and is to be done BEFORE arriving to the workshop. This short course is to allow participants to prepare for the Pressure Sensor Workshop as presented at the University of South Florida's Nanotechnology Research Education Center (USF-NREC). This material is to be reviewed by the participants prior to attending the workshop. These materials were written for the University of New Mexico's Manufacturing Training and Technology Center (UNM-MTTC) cleanroom, however, most of the safety information is applicable to other cleanroom facilities. Note: the USF-NREC staff will supplement the safety materials for specifics related to their facility on the first day of the week long workshop. IMT MEMS Technology contains several lessons related to MEMS Technology - applications, operations and fabrication.
